✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

GENERAL- By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.
- My preferred methods of contact are Telegram and Discord, but we can also use email if that works better for you.
- I draw only in my own style, I can't replicate the visual style of other artists, games, etc.
- I use Trello for the public queue.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS- I only accept payments through Ko-fi.
- Work on your commission starts after full payment is received.
- You can reserve a slot for any commission for up to 3 months.
- No plans, no refunds.

PROCESS & DELIVERY- I commit to sending weekly updates, but not more often than that.
- You should be sure about what you want: no major changes to the concept or characters mid-way through. I allow minor tweaks to character design or pose, as long as they don't affect the overall silhouette.
- We communicate as equals, I recommend keeping things friendly and professional, with mutual respect on both sides.

TURNAROUND- Standard time to get your order done is anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depends on the size and complexity of the piece. If you've got a specific date in mind, I'll take that into account.
- I usually reply to messages within 24 hours, but if I go quiet for longer than that, I'd recommend poking the chat with another message, I might've just missed you.
- I work on animations in a free-flow kinda way, not strictly in order of when they come in.

USAGE & RIGHTS- I retain rights to the content as the artist: this means I can post it as an example of my work and share it on my pages, unless you've paid for privacy.
- You may not remove my watermark.
